Andreea Butnaru

Andreea Butnaru studied piano at the National University of Music in Bucharest (UNMB) and then at the University of Arts in Berlin. She completed her PhD thesis in 2009, and teaches since 2008 chamber music at the UNMB. The pianist appears often as a soloist, and also in the Musica Viva ensemble, a group that she leads, in various classical concerts (in Kyoto, Berlin, Anvers, Bucharest, Prague, etc.).
